{the boys are back in town}

a few days ago i went to bed in a quaint little quiet town and woke up the next morning in a busteling small college city. And girl, let me tell you what. although it was nice to have this little town (i.e. late night WalMart trips) to myself, i definetly missed having the co-eds around.

can i get a hello bretheren?

welcome back. if you need a tour around my place this town i could show you the sights.

no, seriously.

And incase you were wondering: my religious sabatical has really put a damper on my schooling. like, i pretty much forgot how to do college. i was educated from the time i was 5 and 3 months until i was 20 years and 11 months and 20 days. that is a lot of education. you figure things out, get into the groove of things. take that away for a load of time and now i don't know what in the world to do with myself.

i have a backpack. my mom made sure of it.

i think i have a pen. i found one on the floor while i was at my parents house last week. i picked it up and i think put it in my backpack. if memory serves me right, and so far so good, my peers are pretty cool with sharing their pens just incase i don't have it.

there is this box that i packed my stuff up in when i left my institution of higher education two years ago. when i opened it this summer there was a package of filler paper. that will have to do.

megan gave me a couple binders of which i can evenly split the filler paper. for now.

i just so happen to have about $750 in text books. which i think will come in handy.

i also have some bread and stuff to make some lunchy lunch because tomorrow is back to back all day long and imma need some nourishment. speaking of which, im going to need some food right now. the light night munchies are back.

but here's the thing: what am i supposed to wear? on the way to my worship service this afternoon the thought popped into my little noggin that i had nothing to wear. i mean, i have stuff to wear. i just don't have the outfit. the back to school make a good impression look. how could i forget such a thing? isn't a new outfit like essential for entering a classroom on the first day? i can't even remember if that's the law since it's been so long. is it required?

i probably should just skip the whole i get up early and put thought into my outfit phase and go straight to the sweats.

sounds like a plan.

for now i must get a snack and then hit the sack. i have a feeling 8oclock physiology is going to come awfully quick.

ps. the pen statement is true. seriously. pray i can find it in the morning.
