{oh, hey.}

a week and one hour ago i got off an airplane.
i had the same terribly disappointed feeling that there wasn't any snow on the ground that i had when i landed in paradise 18 months and one week ago and there weren't forests of palm trees everywhere i looked.

Lame, I know.

the point is, here are some pictures. just for you.

i may or may not have learned how to make sushi. yeah.
and boy howdy, it was good.

perk of serving with the apes? the van.
it goes places and doesn't have to count miles.
that means rockin' prep days, like unto this one.

just getting together to do some laundry.
OR teaching people. whichev

the mighty apes. the only think they're cool.
maaaaaybe they are. its still undecided.

if someone could explain it to me that would be cool

this lady... she's awesome.
saved my life when i wanted to run far far away

this guy needs to hook it up with skate.
what do you think?
I think it would be AWE-SOME.
don't worry, they've already talked

I was indeed cool enough to ride a bike
AND fix it when it broke.

and this would be when i had to teach the missionaries + ward leaders
how to open the font.
I just so happened to serve in that ward... a year earlier.
good thing we were there, for sure

So it actually turns out we are Lamanite princess warriors

these faces were made after teaching a forever long lesson in an apartment with no air conditioning in the middle of the summer. we got in the car and saw this:

hence the faces. and super sweaty hot mama missionaries

prince charming. don't even worry about it.

tracting down long dirt roads + washing out your tights =
nast.

my fave little one, hands down

these guys have got a story that i am most positive you will be hearing shortly. but because i love this it needed to be added. something along the lines of 'you can act like you at least like eachother' was said. So they held hands. presh.

three awesome things about this here picture.
1. Risk. World Domination
2. biggest christmas tree in the world
3. this dude fixing our heater. that was blowing cold air. in the middle of the winter. we were informed that the less superior boy version of a sister missionary needed to come over while the nice man was there. they didn't believe us. i took this as proof.

word? word.

and finally, one of them got it right.
